Cherry Blossom Blizzard!

When they all come down, it’s a sight to see. Few things more beautiful than this, folks.

Cherry Blossom Blizzard

Called sakura fubuki[1] in Japanese, the cherry blossom shower is looked forward to even more than the appearance of the blossoms themselves. With the hundreds of trees everywhere in Japan, when the wind blows and the blossoms rain down, it almost is like a blizzard. It is quite beautiful to witness.

Grass blooms too

After a scene like this, the ground turns white. Issa commented on this:

我国は草さへさきぬさくら花
in my province
grass blooms too…
