The Cherry Blossoms of Japan, 2015 Edition

Cherry blossoms are almost synonymous with Japan. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cherry Blossoms Mean Japan

When you think of Japan, you think of Cherry Blossoms (sakura). At least I do. Other countries may have the flowers, but in Japan they become something more. They are part of the very culture, and when March/April comes around every year, they are everything.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of chances to see the blossoms this year. As my wife constantly reminds me, I have several external hard drives filled with unedited and unpublished sakura photos (and a few rolls of film too), so I guess it’s ok to miss a year.

I thought for this post we would look back at some of my most popular sakura photos. Enjoy!
