I just gave this the offhand title “Portal”, but then someone on Google+ commented: “Twilight Zone”. Perfect! I can almost hear Rod Sterling’s creepy voiceover as I look at this photo.

Did any of you ever watch that old show? What was your favorite episode? I was always a big fan of Time Enough at Last, although at Dave Caolo recently pointed out, the main character is really kind of an asshole and deserves what he gets (as opposed to the original story, where he was a much more sympathetic character).

I knew there wasn’t enough light to give me a clean roll for this photo, but I wanted to see what the blur would look like. I wasn’t disappointed! Portal to the twilight zone!
